Eligibility

Employee Eligibility

Full-Time Employees working 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following date of hire.

Dependent Eligibility

  • Lawful Spouse
  • Registered Domestic Partner

  • Children under the age of 26 regardless of residency with you, marital or student status
  • Natural child, stepchild, legally adopted child, court appointed legal guardianship
